    David Shreiner - General Manager
    David was one of three owners of M-DOT and is currently in his 20th year. David has authored procedures and developed proprietary processes for the manufacture of turbine engine components, turbo-machinery components, exhaust ducting assemblies, potting and molding of silicone rubber seals, and lay-up processing of composite assemblies. He has extensive experience in analysis / resolution of process anomalies, status reporting on projects, and authoring of final reports upon conclusion of projects. David is a key senior manager responsible for Engineering, Quality, R&D and Program Management.

    Steve Hillman – Vice President of Product Development
    Steve brings more than 40 years of engineering and business development experience to the Azmark team. He was recently in charge of product development of a large solar concentrator and associated power generation system at Southwest Solar. Prior experience includes leading the global sales and marketing team at Elliott Microturbines. For many years, Steve held engineering management and business development positions at Allied Signal. He is a certified Greenbelt in 6 Sigma training. He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Business.

    Chris Dennis - Vice President of Manufacturing
    Chris has more than 27 years experience in the aerospace manufacturing industry with over 20 at the management and senior management level. His experience includes just about every facet of the manufacturing process for complex machined parts including Procurement, Engineering, Quality and Inspection. Chris has extensive experience working with customers on design changes to improve manufacturability of their products through concurrent engineering efforts. Chris is a key senior manager responsible for Procurement, Manufacturing, Programing and the AS9100 Quality Management Program.

    Bryan Seegers - Chief Scientist
    Bryan was the founder of M-DOT and he is currently in his 21st year with the company. He has been involved with the design, manufacture, testing, and analysis of turbine engines and their components for thirty plus years. Bryan is responsible for the development of the Azmark Aero Systems Power Systems business pursuits and development of engineering proposals.

    Gordon Dierks - Director of Business Development
    Gordon joined Azmark with 37 years of aerospace experience including senior management positions with General Electric, Textron, and Smiths Aerospace, and as General Manager and Chief Operating Officer at several small businesses. Prior to joining Azmark, Gordon was Vice President of Business Development for Tri-Star Electronics International, Inc.: a manufacturer of high-reliability interconnect devices based in El Segundo, California. Gordon has an extensive background in aircraft landing gear, actuation systems, and fuel tank program management, operations, sales, contracts and supply chain management. Gordon holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics [Iowa State University] and Business Administration [University of Vermont.] Gordon is a retired Commander, U.S. Navy, and holds a Certified Purchasing Manager [CPM] designation from the Institute of Supply Chain Management.

    Tom Carmody - Director of Business Development
    Tom joins the Azmark team after 36 years with Aerospace OEMs including Rockwell International, Textron Lycoming and Honeywell International. He has extensive experience with commercial and military aerospace markets, both domestic and foreign. Tom has held a variety of leadership positions in Program Management, Business Management, Customer Support, and OEM and Aftermarket Sales. Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering and FAA Airframe & Powerplant Licenses.
